Same review as everyone else, paid for the item, four weeks later, still never received shipping information, still never received the product. ... I guess I should have checked these reviews BEFORE I purchased. Hopefully Bank of America will honor my dispute and get me my money back.

Just as many others have written, do not buy anything from Litsolar. They have misleading adverts ; permanently have '1 day only' discounts that are the same every day..... but more importantly do not ship your product, do not refund when requested, and do not reply to emails. I don't know if the company is just a scam, but they behave like one. I have sought a refund from my credit card company.

This is a scam company! Avoid at all cost!! Placed my order on May 20th, received order number and email telling me they will send me another email when my order is ready. Well that never happened. Tried reaching out to this merchant at 7 different emails, tried calling a company number I found online but I got no response. I submitted a transaction dispute to my bank, hopefully they will refund me!

Maybe they didn't intend to be scammers. But, that's what they are now. I ordered 45 days ago. Still no tracking number, lol. So won't be getting it. Just called credit card to dispute. Took 3 minutes. Will have money credited back within 30 days.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I’m honestly not happy at all! I have been waiting for this product over a month now! May 17th I placed the order!!!!....I was very understanding when it was explained to me that it was going to be delayed. Coronavirus has delayed a lot of things and I get that! The last email I received stated I would be getting a tracking number by June 15-16th I waited until the 18th and EMAIL the company letting them know I never received an email for my tracking number...waited until Monday June 22nd and sent another email still no response and here we are June 24th and NO ONE has contacted me.....this is truly disappointing! I don’t even care for my order anymore and want a refund!
