My story is same as most. I saw ad on YouTube and ordered May 19 thinking it would be plenty of time to arrive before Father’s Day. It was meant to be a gift for my husband. Multiple emails with no response. As of yesterday there’s a track order link on their website ( which is new) saying as of June 16 it was in transit to a United States HUB and to allow 6-9 days to have usps tracking. It’s July 12th now and still nothing. I am usually one to search reviews first but got little to trusting that day. Something should be done to hold YouTube accountable on allowing these scammers to use their platform to “rob” hard working people.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I purchased a solar power bank for my phones May 24, 2020. I have NEVER received my product or refund that I requested.... I have emails back from them saying it would be shipped in 3-5 days then June 15-16. I have requested a refund a few times. Last message I sent was 6 days ago and as of today July 11, 2020 No response or refund.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND I SAY WE ALL TRY TO BRING THEM DOWN.... We do not have money to waste

Scam Scam Scam I order mine on line and few weeks after a got an e-mail saying that I will get my order soon after the second e-mail, nothing, I have beeing sending multiple e-mail for the last two month and still not having my package with my order as well as no reply to my e-mail. and they definitely took the money from my account. I'm going to look in to how make this bigger if someone else have the same experience I would like to have contact with you and I think if we are enough we can present a case for fraud, I don't like when people take advantage of me or other taking our hard working money.

Took my money and never delivered the product. Avoid purchasing anything from this company at all costs they are trash and will take your money and then never respond when you try to get any information from them. They have even gone as far as turning off the email send button on their website so that you cannot request a refund or contact them for information. Lucky me I have an email for them, info at litsolar.com so contact them if you need to through that email.

Ordered a power bank in may. It never came and they don’t answer mails. It’s a scam. Close them down! Don’t buy!

It’s unbelievable that all the stories I read here are the same as my experience. Saw ad on YouTube, bought it, never get a response from any correspondence you send them and never get the products. How are they allowed to continue to rip people off? I have disputed the charges with my cc company.

I was scammed too by Lit Solar. I saw an ad on Youtube and thought it was a legit company. I bought $120 worth of powerbanks and solar battery charger on May 22, 2020 and still no reply and no product. Text message from Lit Solar came from 323-577-7113. My credit card statement says the business name is SP * SOLAR HTTPSLITSOLAR IL 60654 US I have tried to contact Lit Solar and no response. www. litsolar.com info @litsolar.com 323-577-7113 What I am mad about is my credit card company thought it was fraud and asked me if I made the purchase and I said yes. I thought they were legit. :( Clearly Youtube and Facebook do not confirm whether a company is legit when they advertise for them. Very upsetting! I am disputing the charge with credit company. They said to also report it to Better Business Bureau and Youtube. The Better Business Bureau website has bad reviews too

Seen the Ad on FB thought it would be great to have it as a backup power source for on the go charging...but just as the others on here paid my money in Feb or Mar 2020 and its now Jul no product no return on email or refund. This is a poor excuse of a company and what makes me angry they have the nerve to continue to advertise. FCC lawsuit i say.
