If I could give negative stars I would ordered back in feb. if I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time. It’s august and still no product.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT!!

So I bought a mobile charging bank from them back in the middle of May. The deal was half price and also came with a USB micro charger thing as well that was also being sold at half price. I spent over $100 CAD for both items with the hopes that it would come within a month or so. Almost instantly, I got an email from them thanking me for my purchase and they would send me a tracking number in a few days when they shipped it. 3 weeks go by (now first week of JUNE) and they sent me another email saying that they had just got a new shipment in and that my order would go out with the next shipment. Then immediately after that, they sent me another email saying they would send me a tracking number on JUNE 14 or 15, when they finally shipped my order. That was the last I heard from them and now it has been almost 2 months since; no tracking number, no responses, nothing despite reaching out to them requesting the tracking number that they promised me previous, and a request for a refund, both of which they have not answered. I got tired of waiting for any sort of response today, and decided to try log on to their website but a message pops up says shop is unavailable and try pressing the back button. Did that hoping it was just a scripting error or something alike and reloaded the page. Same message comes up and I realize that they had scammed me as well as countless others. So now I'm out of almost $120 CAD with no product in hand. I'm extremely pissed that I fell for this garbage, especially cause they made the ads look legit and in the beginning they did seem promising. What a joke!!

DO NOT BUY!!! They took my money and never delivered the product. At first, I figured they were just delayed because of COVID. They told me it would be shipping in June. Then they stopped answering altogether. I cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund or order status no matter what channel I try.

I paid for the battery in May 27 2020, I never got my money back or the battery, now the website doesn’t even exist anymore, I’m laughing for not cry of anger :/

Have not received product but was charged for it months ago. Complete scam. The website is even down now.

I wish I can give them 0 stars! Ordered a charger on May 20,2020 it’s July 29 and no response, no product NOTHING! I fell for the YouTube ad and I’m so upset! I’ve sent various emails demanding a refund and just never got a reply back. Now their website is gone and I just want my freaking money back! How can we all sue this company for taking our money????

Company took my money and order and never sent product. Looks like their website just vanished as well. Working with BBB right now to get refund..
