Hände weg von diesem Onelinehändler. Haben für unseren Sohn eine Hose bestellt. Lieferung war okay. Aber da die Hose viel zu weit war wollten wir sie zurück schicken. Eine angemeldete Retoure wurde abgelehnt obwohl man ankreuzen konnte Retour weil zu groß. Begründung für die Ablehnung: die Maße sind alle angegeben und wir sollen doch die Hose in einer Schneiderei ändern lassen. Unverschämte Abzocke!!!!

Hello Ines, we are really sorry for this inconvenience, but our return policy clearly states that "We only accept returns if there is a mistake on our part, such as failing to mention a flaw or defect in the product description". We are not obligated to refund you if the product doesn't fit you, since we provide measurements of each product in the description. Once again, we are sorry for the frustration this has caused, but we must follow our store's rules.
