I purchased a home with a system installed by ListenUp. I set up a house call with a technician. I was charged several hundred dollars and did not achieve the objectives of the visit, When I called with a question for my tech, I was told he would have to contact me. It is now weeks later and I have never heard back.

He is knowledgeable on the equipment and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. I recently bought a music streamer from this company. Through no fault of the streamer, or this company, the device stopped functioning. After numerous and lengthy phone calls with related companies, I finally telephoned ListenUp. Molly listened to my situation, then referred me to a coworker named Scott. Both of these people were extremely helpful and professional. I can't thank them enough. They took the time to help me even though what I really needed was tech-support. Because of their assistance, I was finally able to resolve the issue. I will be forever grateful.

I went to their website to see what was available before driving to the store in Denver. I was looking for a pair of speakers for my computer. Instead, every link I clicked on had an annoying sales rep messaging me with another question and a hard sale approach. It was nice to be able to close the window and avoid such nonsense!
