I debated at length whether to trust this organization. The rep on the other end of the texts was patient and said all the right things. I asked about the poor reviews here and the rep explained that many companies are named similarly and the reviews not for his company. The positive reviews seemed fake (Jack Black? Zendaya? Ramson New?) - I blame myself for allowing myself to overlook that. The moment I received tracking information, I knew I had been scammed. The shipping "company" was not real, and within 24 hours of receiving tracking, the shipping company website went dark. I also received an email from a company called "Eversend," from a fraud specialist, asking if I had sent money to Ramson. I did not respond until my shipment did not arrive at the date and time specified. At that time, I told the Eversend rep I had been scammed. (I don't think anything will come out of that, unfortunately - I don't even know if Eversend is a legit company.) Thankfully I did not place a large order as I wanted to test it out. I'm disappointed. Clearly the fraudster is a smart person. If only s/he used their powers for good instead of taking advantage of small business owners trying to make an honest living... They've gone through extensive lengths to create a process that looks and feels legitimate until it's not. Even taking advantage of TrustPilot website by writing fraudulent reviews. EDIT: The company response below is nonsense. The shipping company where I received tracking info from DOES NOT EXIST. I did respond to the bank request (Eversend) but did not get a response back. The bank request asked me to release funds to Africa when Ramson said he's in Alabama. I have not received a refund as suggested below. Ridiculous nonsense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Update on `10/8/25: Still no refund. No delivery. Fraudulent liars.

Once payment is made, all communication will cease — calls and messages will go unanswered. The representative you speak with may provide official-looking documents, an EIN, and a warehouse address to appear legitimate, but these are part of a coordinated fraud. Great initial customer service. Things went south. Purchased pallet, made payment, confirmed receipt of payment, was told items had shipped on 3 separate occasions, when I asked for the tracking # and shipping company, I was told the shipper would contact me. Five days later and two additional follow ups without a response. I guess it is small claims court and filing a police report for fraud are my next steps. Update: On 8/7/25 I was informed my pallet would be delivered on 8/8/25- Guess what it wasn't. On 8/9/25 I sent multiple follow ups (every 30 seconds or so)- and the only response I received was: "Are you Lisa G", I responded yes. On 8/11/25 I sent an e-mail inquiry no response and also sent customer service inquires every 30 seconds for around 45 minutes - no response. 8/12/25 Sent inquiry to AL Secretary of State to report fraud. (I was previously a CFE) 8/13/25 Sent additional email with no response.I will keep everyone informed of my order status.

At first they put this address. 159 Folmar Pkwy Montgomery, AL 36105 United States And when I called them out on it that it points to a random street, they ended the chat with me and changed their address to this 3396 Gilmer Ave Montgomery, AL 36105 United States. Online seller here and researcher by profession. I recently engaged with this company and chatted with them thru their website because when something sounds too good to be true, it probably IS!!! I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Initially drawn in by their enticing offers of 90 Louis Vuitton purses and after asking many many many questions regarding the product, authenticity, certifications, payment process, insurance guarantees, serial numbers, and more - I soon discovered that this company a SCAM! **Red Flags:** 1. **Customer Service:** My first hint that something was off was their customer service. While they were quick to respond initially, any inquiries regarding my questions and requests for clarification and documentation of authenticity, I received typos and vague answers or no response at all. 2. **Lack of Transparency:** The company’s website was filled with generic information and flashy graphics but lacked any real substance. There were no clear terms and conditions, insurance, or anything assuring merchandise and important details were either buried or omitted entirely. 3. **Payment Issues:** the representative could not explain their payment process or anything regarding insurance for payment, refunds, or anything! 4. **Unrealistic Claims:** They promised delivery within a few days. I found this strange because orders of this magnitude actually take several weeks if they were actually a legitimate company. This pattern of behavior is typical of scams, where they lure customers in with false promises. 5. **Negative Reviews:** A quick search revealed numerous complaints from other customers who were actually scammed. Many reported that they had lost their money with no product ever delivered. Based on the information I gathered, I urge potential sellers looking for an opportunity to stay far away from not only this company, but many companies who advertise “wholesale” luxury brands. I urge you, I besiege you! do not buy from this company. Everyone that is saying that they are a scam is telling the truth. It is a guy with the ass that answers the phone. He told me that his name was Alex Rivero. He wanted me to give him my debit card information over the phone. He wanted me to pay with PayPal as friends and family (so that I would not be able to dispute the charges or secure my money) he told me that my products will be here today by 3 PM. I’ll continuously ask for a tracking number. He has not provided me that. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail. The address that they have on their website. If you look it up on Google, you will see that it is a house, not a warehouse. When they answer the phone, they do not say their company’s name is as though you are calling someone personally. I have continuously asked him to just send my money back, but he won’t even go through the process with PayPal in order for my money to be returned, knowing that he does not have any intentions of sending me any product. I urge you not to waste your time here with this company. It’s just gonna be a headache. Now I have to go through the process to go through my bank to dispute the charges because even PayPal is giving me a hard time and making me wait for 20 days because he will not respond to PayPal. I wish I can show emails payment history and PayPal receipt to prove to you that this is a scam. He even wanted me to send it to an email address that was not the business name nor his supposed name which is Alex Rivera. I pray I can get my money back. i’m sure the people who gave these them. ZERO stars! They took my money, and I have never received the pallet. They string you along, give you excuse after excuse, and then stop communicating with you. Unfortunately there is no much information about these places, because they keep on changing names. Experts in websites. I got scammed. They use Zelle , different ones. The man sends messages keeping you calm saying you will receive your pallet. EVERYTHING IS FAKE. There are even people posting the money they made in different websites. Fake reviews. So if they ask Zelle say no!!!!And they even have Small banks that are bridge to on line banks for wire transfers. My advice: watch for the red flags. And there is no good merchandise in this pallets, only if you’re lucky. I fell with this company because I fell for the good deals. The thing is they will change website names. They use Godaddy. It seems they are good making websites and Godaddy is very easy to go public. So if anyone is looking for the good deal it does not exist, unless you buy the truckload. Stay away from these pallet stores if you can’t go physically. The man which obviously is fake, called himself Monte. And has a foreign accent. They even have fake delivery companies websites. Keep your money safe and don’t buy pallets unless you see them in person.
