They advertised a pallet auction for a Blackstone grill. I bid on the grill and one including 12 other items. I drove an hour+ to pick up our pallet and back only to realize that it was a whole load to the dump. The Blackstone grill box was full of peanuts and garbage. Every single additional item was gross, broken, not what was described, and from someone’s grandmother’s attic. This is absolutely the worst experience when we were just trying to have a little fun. When do the items were potentially used and returned items? We thought we would at least get something good or be able to clean something up but now we need to pay for a trip to the dump. This should be illegal to falsely advertise and collect money for it only to give empty boxes.

Absolutely the most unprofessional…
Absolutely the most unprofessional company ever. I have gotten several liquidations from them and all had problems. My first buy CVS overstock was delivered and it wasn't even what I bid on and all of the OTC merchandise was expired so I had to find a way to dispose of everything... All of my Amazon liquidations purchases through Liquidation.com have had problems with shortages and extended delivery times... and Liquidation.com takes no responsibility for anything. One order I had they only shipped me the shit on the manifest and the profitable stuff never arrived. Sure I got credit for the stuff that didn't arrive but I only bid on that order for the good stuff not the crap...so I lost on that order. My final purchase and I do mean final purchase because I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.... I decided to give it one more time... So I purchased a lot of OTC medication and again... everything is expired...Sure Liquidation.com gave me a full refund but now they have left me with the disposal of a full pallet of outdated OTC medication... I have asked them to please pick it up and they have refused stating that it is my problem now. Nice company...I would never deal with them again... UNPROFESSIONAL...They take no responsibility for anything!

cheaters.
they sort all the good working item and they leave the garbage and all broken items for sale. the prices are higher then amazon and Walmart combine. they cheat . they have a used running shoes selling for $150. amazon brand-new $99 don't trust them. before you buy google the prices. go on amazon and triple check. I decided not to go there anymore, they think its a retail store. drones for $1500 at amazon $697. ....... everything is over priced. liquidation means 80% off retail. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. if you find something worth buying is pretty much and almost guarantee you its broken.

They Encourage Fraud.
They Encourage Fraud.
They are 100% in favor of sellers. A seller can put any description they want. It completely buy at your own risk. For instance, if a buyer said the pallet has a retail value of 5k and shipping is 750, and sends you a empty box that cost 7$ to ship. Oh well, it's buy at your own risk.

Beware of Liquidation.com!
I have been buying liquidation pallets from Liquidation.com for several years. Picked up a pallet last week from an auction I won, Amazon returns, 13K msrp with most of the value in cameras and electronics, I paid $2,800. going through the pallet at home I quick found that I had a serious problem, the cameras and electronics items were very obviously salvage items and not return items. I did a quick assessment of 17 items with a msrp of just over $9,000. I discovered that 16 of the 17 items (about 94%) were not functioning, with at least 6 of them having been disassembled and the pieces stuck back in their boxes. I filed a dispute explaining the situation with pictures of the disassembled items and an updated manifest identifying the broken items. My issue was that the pallet was advertised as a return pallet with a relatively high msrp, but upon examination it became clear that majority of the high value items were actually non-working salvage items, several of which had already been disassembled, some with missing parts. Salvage pallets sell for considerable less then legitimate return pallets, and personally I would never bid on or buy a salvage pallet due to their nature. The Disputes section at Liquidation.com replied to me 2 days later saying my dispute was declined, explaining that I had purchased a return pallet and that a 94% failure rate with numerous disassembled items was perfectly acceptable. The email went on to explain that their decision was final and was unappealable. This was a huge failure by Liquidation.com, it was obvious that these items were not returned items but were in fact salvage items but they chose to protect their seller, Titan Electronics, at the expense of one of their buyers. Stay away from this company, they cannot be trusted and will not hesitate to screw over their buyers in order to protect their sellers.
