Do not buy from here!
Very weird setup. I bought a few things and ended up having recommended sellers sending me items that did not match the description and pictures. Lost $1000s of dollars trusting these goons

Bought 38 iPhone 7 for $3542. The listing was not listed as salvage. The only test was they powered it on. They stated no iCloud lock, mentioned storage ranging from 32GB all the way to 256GB. Listing mentioned that some were unlocked, which I presumed means GSM unlock to work with any carrier world wide. The items arrive and I tested them, and my heart fell as I did. Only 1 iPhone was fully functional. 14 couldn't even go past the activation process and I submitted it to Apple who told me they were no good. The others that went to the home page had non-functioning home buttons and had no service and therefore could not be activated with any carrier. I opened a dispute and they claimed that I had no grounds as the item was accurately described. They said they only powered them on and no other test was made. That would be ok to say, but then they claim that all are iCloud unlocked, has storage ranging from 32gb to 256gb, stated the phone carriers as well as some being unlocked. These are information you only can get from the home screen and going into setting, which was not true for the great number of iPhones. They were stuck at the activation.I raised a dispute with my bank since they did that, and liquidation.com immediately closes my account. Now I cannot even access my liquidation account to view my purchase details and provide proof to my bank.

Not all items work. They also didn't honor a Sony warranty. Be careful!

This place robbed me! This place definitely robbed me and here are the pictures to prove it. I was a first time buyer at liquidation.com where Buy back hub sells their junk. They placed 8 iPhone max models at auction with liquidation and in their advertisement they said no icloud lock. Well I didn't know you have two days dispute the items but luckily I sent a email with pictures the second day. Then I wait for a response so on Wednesday I decided to call them in which they said they sent me a email. So I couldn't find it and check my spam and they sent me a email on Monday and it says they want more evidence meaning videos. What more evidence do you need besides pictures! So I go back through the iphones and spend a few hours away from my retail business in order to fulfill their request. Then Im going through my email and I see at 11am they sent me a email saying the awarded the seller the money. What are you serious? Three of the three phones that turn on have icloud. Not to mention the rest haven't been checked because they have board level issues like water damage that we have to try and fix but why would we waste our time when icloud unlocks are almost impossible or cost too much.

I paid over $11,000.00 for 4 lots, each said 25 iPhone SX Max, they said was unlocked and the showed nice pictures, I received one SX Max in each lot and rest were iPhone 3, iPhone 5 and 6 and they were all broken up so bad, BE Aware off Cell Phones & Accessories guys, are total fraud.

Used to be a good company but customer service has went way downhill. Bought 2 transactions. Paid for them. Sent shipping labels over. Called in to confirm and somehow they still messed it up, refunded one of the transaction and charged a $200 fee. The other transaction still fighting to get refunded. Emails take about a week to get a reply. Customer support seems either clueless or uninterested in working to resolve issues.
