I signed up, tried one auction and lost so no big deal. The next day I started receiving spam which is odd because I never do with my email. Over the next week I got 30+ per day. All the emails are the same format so they all come from the same place but can’t be blocked. Looked up the reviews after and everyone complains about how deceptive the lots are so glad I didn’t win. Don’t sign up, don’t bother with this terrible company.

I purchased 60 cell phone cases that were listed on their auction site as being NEW. What I received was scratched and damaged products, none of them could be considered as being NEW. Of course they refused a refund. So I'm filing as many online complaints as I can. Including the FTC and the BBB and the Maryland state atty. gen. office. I also located the social media pages of their CEO, their Board of Directors and Top Shareholders. I will post a negative complaint on all of them daily until I feel they know my name by heart.

Discrepancies of descriptions. What ever the main description has the 'Terms & Conditions' have been set to make sure that its only a one way transaction. Good luck filing a dispute or getting your money back. Don't even think of buying here.

This company is engaged in fraud !!! I have bought 10 pcs. iphone 7 functional used condition BUT !!! Transaction id7298714 All iphones are damaged, they all have the same problem - a broken audio codec!!! When i try to open dispute they blocked my account without explanation. I called them many times but they sent me to write emails. But to my letters, they replied that I should call them, and so on in a circle. So i lost more than one thousand $USD This is big Scam do not buy on this service anything!!!

This company will never take your side. We ordered some Xbox One S-es for over 1,000 dollars. When we pointed out in what kind of garbage state they were, they took 2 weeks to get back to us, simply showing us the "terms we signed" with a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that we agreed to buying "as is." Well, that's very nice, but if the state in which the products are, are misrepresented, then it's a scam! The pictures were vague, and one piece of technology was so bent that it seemed like someone had driven over it or beat it up with a baseball bat. When they refused to even partially refund us, we went through the credit card company. They kept fighting it, and now we are left with the junk and the credit card company wouldn't even take our side either. This company is so dishonest. But why doesn't that surprise me, knowing that they work with Amazon? Better to avoid them. That's my advice, and that's why I'm writing this complaint: Because there is nothing else I can do to get our money back and the world needs to know how we got conned.

I bought two Sony TVs, knowing they don’t work but we’re repairable. What was not said was the both have a giant X scratched on both of the screens. This makes the viewing of the tv terrible and the scratch is irreparable. I picked it up in person and cannot file a dispute because I took it off the property. I lost big because of a large detail they didn’t share with me. These tv’s were D grade.

The auction had a manifest: 50 pcs of Bliss Fat Girl Scrub New. Issue #1: Received 50 pcs and they were the trial size 2 oz which is normally sold in a box with 2 bliss 2oz products, not the full size 8oz as shown on the pictures. It also did not come in the box. Any item considered "new" must have all pieces including the box if applicable. Pictures and research show the item is sold in a box. The seller misrepresented the size of the item and condition. I received like new condition not new. Issue #2: Received 25 pcs of Bliss Fat Girl Scrub and another 25 pcs of some other Random Bliss Fat Girl Sleep product. Not included in the manifest. Missing other 25 pcs of Bliss Far Girl Scrub. Issue #3: Photos under in the listing were extremely blurry and did not show the FL oz. The listing has photos of the full 8oz size with the box. However, I did not receive the full size instead received 2oz without the box. Liquidation.com failed to grant a full refund due to the multiple deceptive practices used by their third party seller and failed to provide a full refund. I disputed the charge with my bank and liqudation.com will be deactivating my account. I knew this prior to dispute and I am okay with never using the company again. Reporting to proper authorities for the failure to do the right thing when I express concerns regarding the falsely advertised and deceptive transaction. Which btw is illegal and I can sue and request treble damages! Tip: Learn about the deceptive trade practices act before conducting business.

Paid for a lot of Apple Iphone. I am totally disappointed these items was NOT matched as advertised. I paid for fully functional devices as shown on page but they sent me all defected devices. They did misrepresentation of merchandise that is open scam. All devices NOT fully functioned. 12 devices Face ID malfunctioned or NOT available and 3 of items with passcode locked screen and IMEI showed lost or stolen. I tried to contact over the phone but they did not give reasonable or helpful answer and advise me open dispute online and follow the steps. I sent all my evidences, pictures, videos etc. I am still waiting to resolve my dispute.
