Would like to give 3 star because of the server problem and specially the new issue is that to recharge first we have to topup minimum 1k in our wallets.which all of us can't afford that cause we manage to recharge but due to that I think customers aren't coming like before. So should remove the wallet top-up issue and make like the old process

Fisht there is no time taken during recharge process but today no diamonds received after payment saying that money is transferred to your wallet

While the recharge is cheap everything else is bad. 1) "Something big is brewing! Our store is in the works and will be launching soon!" The amount of time I have seen this nonsense preventing me from recharging is beyond infuriating. In all their description they mention "24x7" service yet majority of the time I wanna recharge their dumb site is down forcing me to wait for unknown amount of hours. Even joining their WhatsApp and telegram isn't enough to stay updated on this dumb site 2) 24x7 no customer support, if you have any query then majority of their customer support never reply back. Thankfully all the recharges went successfully and i didn't had to deal with their customer support for money related issue. So far only contacted them to know the status and what is wrong with site and they never replied back lol.

Great prices but site often out of service & it's super annoying. If you are in a hurry majority of times your recharge either gets declined or stuck

Good so far didn’t face any problem until now, server crashing, and for some reason my payment method(QR) isn’t working, maybe I’ll try afterwards, for now 3star,although price is cheaper than the others👍👍

Dear lio gaming team. Please provide us . Smilcons and mlbb diamonds top-up. I'm satisfied current weekly pass price. But disponted double diamonds 500💎 price. It's over costly than previous one . And Smilone coins price ₹1600. Enough, most of seller's selling less than but I'm trust only lio games. Hope lio games fullfill my request 🥺💜. Thankyou
