Order still under processing for more than 1 hour?

First,i couldn't even login. It kept saying wrong password while I have been using that password in every platform and 2nd, as it wasn't working so i tried to create a new account that also i kept failing to create a new one so i tried 'forgot password' method and then when i asked for verification code,the code never came in my mail so i asked my frnd who already had an acc that was logged in but then when she tried it was still on processing mode. I kinda feel upset that nothing's working as I wanted to recharge for aspirant 1st phase😭

Worst website ever they give you first 3 recharges properly then they begin to scam you... It'll show that your recharge is on hold after payment then it'll show refunded but you won't get diamonds or your money anything.... Total bulshit scammers don't trust don't waste your money....

After the deposit was completed, they suspended our account and ignored us for 4 days. Then, after 5 days, they reopened the account but removed the entire deposit. They took our $5,000 and provided nothing in return. As we said, we have all the proof required, and we are preparing to file an official complaint.
