Two star cuz there is no option for payment can't recharge

The customer service is terrible i have been facing an issue regarding double payment for one order i didn’t get refund for the first payment and i have been actively contacting the ghost customer service. I have the screenshot for both the payment.

Oii many people said they don't get Weekly pass. Refund it Immediately

My payment is successfully done but order isn't received yet it has been around 2hours so much dealy should improve that I ordered three weekly one after another and not one weekly has received but three payment is successful

Most of the time the website is not active or else if i purchase anything the payment won't go through then return to my wallet and when I try to use that wallet money the website again goes back to maintainance. At last after few hours i claim my weekly pass it takes 3 - 4 hours to deliver that m this happened to me thrice not once . But one thing is good that it's the cheapest here .

Last past month i recharged, but the diamond didn't come,I have also given a feedback but it didn't work since then i haven't recharged yet

Very late reply and recharge time. I always get anxious everytime I try to recharge.

I like the instant delivery service and the most I hated is the scam done telling to make weekly 90. On the release time the server was crashed and I cannot enter to the website it's totally a scam and waste.
