Empty pages (for money) instead of translation
It made me pay, so I did, and then it gave me back 4 empty pages as a translation. No any word has been translated! And I cannot get back the money :-(

Hi Mandula — getting four blank pages back isn't the result you should have had, and we want to fix it. That kind of empty output usually points to a specific file or mode issue we can re-run correctly, or refund. Please email [email protected] with the account address or receipt number (and the file, if you still have it) and our team will make it right.
