ALMA
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Trinity Meds, utilizing Link Pharmacy (Highland Village, TX), engaged in medical merchant fraud by delivering an illegal, unusable, and dangerous product. 1. Product Arrived Destroyed: The medication delivered is Semaglutide/NAD+, a fragile peptide that requires strict refrigeration. It was left in a hot locker, arrived very warm, and is chemically degraded and medically unusable. 2. Gross Dispensing Error / Overdose: The pharmacy labeled this medication for a first-time user (age 74) to inject "56 units" of a 4mg/mL solution. This equates to a 2.24mg dose. According to standard medical consensus, the FDA starting dose for Semaglutide is 0.25mg. Link Pharmacy attempted to dispense a near-fatal overdose that is roughly 10 times the safe initiation dose. I have reported them to CFPB and so should anyone else who has experienced anything similar.
