Não comprem nada. Empresa golpista. Comprei um produto, me enviaram um totalmente diferente e não querem se responsabilizar por enviar o novo produto. Provei que eu tinha comprado um produto diferente do que eles mandaram, mas eles se recusam a enviar o correto.

Totale Abzocke. Keine Retoure möglich, Kompensation ist nur ganz geringfügig. Selbst bei falsch gelieferten Artikel. Gibt es nicht mal die Hälfte zurück. Vorsichtig nichts bestellen

Horrible experience with Linenne — do not trust this company! I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered directly to my home, but instead they sent it to a post office without warning me. I was then asked to pay unexpected customs fees that were never mentioned on their website just to release the parcel — which I obviously refused to do. I never received the order, yet Linenne has refused to refund me the €151.17 I paid. Customer service keeps blaming everyone else instead of taking responsibility. They also made a billing mistake (overcharging me compared to the price displayed online) and only corrected it after I insisted. The whole experience has been a nightmare — weeks of waiting, no delivery, no refund, no transparency. I have since read many other reviews describing the same dishonest practices. This company clearly does not care about its customers. I feel completely scammed — avoid Linenne at all costs!

Pongo una estrella porque no me permite poner 0. He comprado muchísimo en internet y jamás he tenido problema para hacer una devolución. Esta empty tiene un pésimo servicio post-venta. Te dicen que si tu producto no te queda bien, lo pases o lo regales a otra persona. Te dan la opción de darte una devolución de 5 libras. La tela es una porquería (nada que ver con el lino), simplemente un poliéster gordísimo, con una textura rígida. La talla es increíblemente enorme. ¡CUIDADO, NO COMPRES NADA EN ESTE SITIO WEB y TOTALMENTE FRAUDULENTO!

No stars for this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Quality appalling and impossible to get a refund.
