I wish NO star can be added. ZERO star! Ordered Cotton Linen Shirt in August 2024. It took 1 month to receive them. Upon arrival, I opened each package of the garment, 1 at a time to gauge its size and fabric quality. The sizing are all too big and the fabrics are not pure linen. It has some mixture of cotton with polyester! The size is not true to description. They are all top big like for fat lady! I dislike the entire purchase so contact them for a return. It took them 2 days to reply and asked me to take photos of each of the descriptionnon the package so their warehouse can verify my purchase! Unheard of this type of request for refund. I am surprised their system can't see what I ordered given the fact that I provided them my order number. Anyhow, I provided them all the item sku #s. They responded to say non of the sku tags #s I have provided matched the description of the clothing in the package. Here is the million dollar question: how can you tell without physically inspecting it each item at a time? By looking at the sku # on the picture attachments sent via email, what can one see besides numbers and letters? This is a RED FLAG! Clearly a tactic of excuse to say 'we won't refund you your money'! Then they ask me to donate my clothing away and they get to keep my money!!!! So I have to do charity for no reason on my expense. Who are they to decide for me that I should do charity?? I will do charity at my own discretion not for someone else to decide. DO NOT BUY from this unethical company!
