Compré dos vestidos el 30 de noviembre, me estafaron. Me tenían engañada hasta que nunca más me contestaron. Hasta el 20 de enero de 2025 me respondió ahora ya nada. ESTAFADORES!!!

The items ordered were of poor quality, poorly sewn and did not match the colors shown on the website. The blue cotton dress was of a quality that would be found in a cheap shop. I complained about the quality which was no where near what was shown on the website but could not get a return/refund. They offered $5.00 us on a $68.00 purchase. Poor business practices!

You sell items that are not up to standard. The sizes are incorrect, the fabrics are not what they promise them to be and the clothes do not have the required tags. Linen should be linen and not anything else, cotton should be cotton; you sell blends of mostly "plastic" materials combined with a low percentage of cotton. You deceive the customer and should be ashamed! Upon reclamation you offer a rediculous solution and are unwilling to give full refunds! Your president would be ashamed with your practices!

Living in Los Angeles during these fires I wanted to buy a California Strong sweatshirt. After I was shown the final price I hit purchase. The price went from $27 on the screen to $36 charged to my card. They added in almost 30% for "taxes". A China-based company should not charge taxes. I requested they cancel my order but they said it had already shipped. When I got shipping information it showed this was not true. To track my order they want me to download some app. This is a China-based company acting like they are in the US. I will not download some random app from China. I will dispute it with my credit card.

I paid $57 for a knitted jacket and I received hoodie and I tried to tell them that I wanted to refund so they told me that they were going to refund me and they only refunded me $4 when I spent 57 tell me how that's right do not order from this company

Be careful buying from this company If I could give 0 stars I would. I have not received my purchase. Support ignors my emails. NEVER REPLIED DO NOT BUY from this unethical company!

Please don’t purchase from this company Their products are badly made from inferior fabrics. The return policy is non existent. It’s cheaply made from poor materials There is little or no communication when there is a problem
