This company does not respect costumers' rights, neither complies with the return policy that shows in its site. I bought a dress which I did not like, because the fabric is very thin and transparent. I have contacted the Team support, informing that I would like to return the dress, to be refunded, as it is referred in the site. The company refused my request, so it did not respect its own rules. So keep away from this shop, it is not a serious company, and does not respect costumers.

First red flag was overcharging me an extra $20 despite sending me the receipt saying it was less. I only noticed it was overcharged when I checked my bank account for recent transactions. Second red flag was when the item finally arrived, it was poor quality. Fabric is very thin and fragile, and the seams don’t line up. Avoid purchasing, this place is a scam.

Hice una compra en diciembre de 2024 con envío a Argentina y nunca me llegó, Me comunico x mail y siempre me responden lo mismo,que ya me llegará mi compra, no tengo número de seguimiento verdadero, solicite la devolución de mi dinero pero no me responde. I gave one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Products really different than description, fabric doesn't match, colour doesn't match. I cannot wear what I received. Shocking quality. Asked for a refund and they offered 10% of the value. No real refund/ return options. I will never order from them again and would not trust any other unknown fashion website.

Why would I write a review that is helpful and constructive, when this company has been exceptionally unhelpful and at no time been constructive. I purchased a pair of pants that were advertised as great quality linen cotton blend pants. They were the cheapest made and quality I have ever purchased. They were not cotton or linen, they were a terrible synthetic. They were supposed to be white, but were cream. There was no labeling inside to say what fabric it was and washing instructions were also missing. After requesting a refund I have been met with silly excuses, like the postage would be to expensive for you to return. We will refund you $4.00 Now silence, they are not responding at all.

Compre en diciembre un pantalon y una camisa gris. Me llego recien ayer 13/3 y la camisa no tiene nada que ver con la foto. Yo pedi gris y cuello recto y llego blanca y con cuello en V. El pantalon un horror. Mala calidad. No tiene ni 1% de lino (como el que se ve en la foto) NO Compren. Para las de Argentina en el Once venden cosas mejores

Realicé un pedido en enero y ya estamos a Marzo y no me ha llegado dicen que se perdió y que lo volvieron a mandar en realidad me estafaron
