Lindsay FordReviews of lindsayford.com

It is such a pleasure to have an experience justifying a 5 star review. I drove my car for over 16 years mostly because I hate buying cars. Buying a used car can be even more difficult than buying a new car. Not at Lindsay Ford of Wheaton. There was NO endless waiting “while I ask the manager”. There were NO additional costs for extra dealer add-ons, just the expected registration fees and sales tax. Kevin, Dabo, Keren and others made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. From the test drive and answering my endless questions to the sales and financing contracts, they were kind, patient, knowledgeable and totally transparent with NO pressure. Thank you, Lindsay Ford of Wheaton, MD.

These guys only care about making a high dollar sale, and they were unrelenting until I bought. Found out I paid way too much when I got home and ask if they would buy back the car with 50 miles on it. They would not return my calls for days, and then offered me thousands less than I paid.

Terrible customer service. Despite promises to have a part in time for an appointment, they did not and demonstrably showed a lack of concern about causing me to wait an undue amount of time. Avoid this company.
