Linda the Bra LadyReviews of lindasonline.com

Very poor customer service. Unacceptably slow shipping speed for the price paid. Once one of my items was received, it fit well and I wore it. It caused me to break out into a horrible rash which required medical treatment (topical treatment and oral steroids). I am not allergic to any fabrics or elastics and washed the bra before wearing it, so this is alarming. I contacted the company to see if I could simply exchange the bra, and they did not allow any return or exchange. They blamed my situation on me for "not reading the information on the website." Again, I am not allergic to anything, so there's no reason to think "reading the information on the website" would have helped. Steer clear of this poor customer service and their dangerous/obviously poorly made products!

I ordered some bras that were listed on the website as "Available - 3 days to ship". It turns out that the bras were not available and I had to wait several weeks, presumably for them to be made. I don't think the supplier keeps stock of large cup sizes and only makes them when ordered. When my order was finally shipped they sent it via USPS who are terrible! More than two weeks later I still have not received my order and the dreadful USPS tracking website has not been updated for 48 hours. I contacted the company to inform them of the issues with USPS and received a very hostile and unprofessional reply. Needless to say they won't be getting any repeat business from me or anyone I know. Why are so many US based businesses so bad? DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
