Limpia was paid to clean the grounds in the complex where I live last week, and all they did was waste water by roughly hosing down the main areas. They were asked to also clean the garage and residents were asked to move their cars out for that purpose and they did not do any of it. To make matters worse, when management were contacted regarding the dismal job they had done, they had the audacity to lie and claim their staff had done their job and cleaned the car bays, this despite photographic evidence from residents that the cleaning did not get done. This company is run by unprofessional and dishonest people: using them means you waste money and they will waste your water.
