Sebastián fue muy atento y estuvo muy bien predispuesto a escuchar mis consultas para asesorarme genuinamente. Lo recomiendo!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As someone relatively unfamiliar with the intricacies of purchasing property and land in Argentina, working with Sebastian Limeres, an Argentine attorney, has been an invaluable experience. I first came across him through an informative YouTube video he made, which sparked my interest in exploring investment opportunities in the country. From the outset, Sebastian’s expertise and professionalism were evident. Sebastian carefully guided me through the often complex processes involved in buying property and land, breaking down every step into clear, actionable advice. He provided invaluable insights into critical areas such as the legal requirements for foreign buyers, the use of cash for transactions, cryptocurrency alternatives, and Argentina's anti-money laundering regulations. His ability to explain these topics in a straightforward and accessible way gave me the confidence to consider investments I might have otherwise found daunting. What particularly impressed me was Sebastian’s strategic approach to property negotiations. He outlined innovative methods, such as making simultaneous offers on multiple properties to drive down prices, which I found both practical and effective. His deep understanding of local market dynamics and his negotiation techniques—such as leveraging estate agent fees and offering competitive bids—made me feel that I had a skilled advocate on my side. Sebastian’s professionalism goes beyond his technical expertise; his approach is patient, transparent, and highly personalised. He took the time to understand my specific goals and ensured I felt fully informed at every stage. As someone who has visited Argentina several times for leisure but was not familiar with its property market, I found this level of attention and care incredibly reassuring. For anyone considering property or land investments in Argentina, I cannot recommend Sebastian Limeres highly enough. His expertise as an Argentine attorney, combined with his personable and results-driven approach, makes him an exceptional partner for navigating Argentina’s real estate market. I am deeply grateful for his guidance and the clarity he has provided throughout this journey.
