Light armor ovens has been terrible to work with. Their customer service has been extremely poor. No one answers their phone lines and email responses are always snarky and here and far between. Our oven arrived damaged and wasnt even what we ordered! We ordered a single door with peep hole and lights, we got a double door with no lights and no peep hole. When we were able to finally turn it on, it would heat up to 200 degrees and the doors would pop open! Absolutely terrible experience and I would stay away from using them!

Customer service is great i called a least five times with questions. Delivery was fast and arrived undamaged. It heats up to 450° within 10 minutes and it’s large enough to tackle our big projects. Had to hire an electrician to install the correct outlet. Great purchase check them out.

This thing was packaged like a brand new tank. No damage whatsoever from shipping which is an oddity for large equipment. Had some issues getting it wired up but the customer service was outstanding and he talked to my electrician and they got it figured out. Thing heats up super fast, holds temp very well and is easy to work. Great purchase?

We recently had a relay on our Light Armor Powder Coat oven catch on fire. Luckily we were in the room when it happened or who knows what damage would have occurred! When we contacted Light Armor to get a new part and maybe an apology for an incident that could have gone much worse, we were told that we could leave a review on Google and they would send a new part. If we didn't want to leave a review they said they would send an invoice so we could pay for the part. Being in the E commerce business myself, I have no idea who though up this idiotic policy. I find it highly offensive that to get help you require a review or a post on Social medias. We have bought other ovens from China and whenever we had a defective part they were always were friendly and immediately sent out the parts at no charge. They didn't ask for reviews or social media posts. IMO, if you do the customer right they will leave good reviews on their own. So, here's your review Light Armor. In the future I'll stick to buying my ovens from Chinese companies!
