I bought an image off ETSI, downloaded it, but then had trouble sending it - everyone I had contact with from Life-size Cutouts was fabulous, quick to respond, and knew what they could do to get it to work. My cutout was printed and shipped within days, packaged very carefully, and arrived quickly and safely from interstate. Absolutely gorgeous, 5 star rating from a very happy customer!

Paid extra for special order next day delivery. I did not receive a tracking number per the order, called, they quickly acknowledged they shipped regular service which would miss our event. Lifesizecustomcutoffs quickly remade the order, shipped for overnight, next morning delivery to ensure it made it for our event! They rocked! Mistakes happen, but they were quick to resolve and make it right. The cutout products was great - as marketed on their website.
