I ordered a first aid kit because it was urgently needed. The listing/order confirmation clearly showed a list of items that were supposed to be included in the kit. I was charged AED 103.95, but when I received the package, there was only cotton inside and all the other listed items were missing. I immediately contacted customer service and explained that this was an emergency. However, the response I received was that “we cannot open and check the package before delivery.” This is extremely disappointing, especially when the product is being sold as a first aid kit and customers rely on it to contain the listed essentials. If you cannot verify the contents of the package before sending it, at least make sure the customer receives everything that is advertised and paid for. I expected much better service and proper quality control. Definitely not worth AED 103.95, and I would not recommend ordering this product.

I ordered items online from Life Pharmacy and clearly selected my hotel as the delivery location. However, the system changed the address automatically without notifying me. On Thursday evening—the expected delivery day—I received a message stating the address was incorrect. Only then did I realize the issue and promptly provided the exact hotel details for redelivery the next day (all was done via Whatsapp) (Friday). Despite my efforts, the items were never delivered. I requested a refund since I could no longer wait. I was promised a refund early Friday morning, yet by Saturday, I still received nothing. This entire process has been far more frustrating and time-consuming than it should have been. I do not recommend using Life Pharmacy’s online platform—their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and lacks follow-through. If you’re on a tight schedule or expecting reliable service, consider alternatives.

One thing I liked a lot was that they offer home delivery which made the process even more convenient, I didn't have to leave my house and I received my items at my door step. Overall, I highly recommend lifepharmacy.com for anyone in need of medical supplies. They offer a great selection of products, fast delivery, and excellent customer service.
