The shirts used to be amazing
The shirts used to be amazing. The last few times I purchased and washed, there was discoloration on the shirts. I never use bleach either. Very disappointing. Customer service is also sub par.

Two stars is almost too high. First, what i do like. The positive messages and interesting designs continue to be first rate. But, on the other side of the coin... Over the years, the quality of the material has continued to decline from what was once "yummy" to cheap in both feel and look. The shirts don't hold their shape, they are too short and designs aren't always centered on the shirt. I have bought my last Life is Good shirt because the Shirts are Bad!

I bought 5 to 6 shirts from them and 4 developed little holes in them and in the same areas, These shirts are not over a year old but past their warranty time frame. I called twice and got disconnected twice!! They were not going to do an exchange but offered me only a 25% discount on my next order. I went to the website to see what prices I may have paid for my shirts and they were offering a 40% off sale so actually they offered me less than what I could get on sale from their website. I've had tee shirts from the mid 2000's that still don't have holes in them so I'd have to say that even tho their shirts are nice and comfortable they may not be the best quality!! I've made other purchases from companies for other products that have offered me a one time replacement do to an issue even tho it was past their warranty time but NOT Life is Good. I wouldn't buy another tee from Life is Good due to this issue and their unwillingness to do more to satisfy a customer.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 items on April 23rd on May 7th I called Life is Good customer support as they still said 'in transit'. Very hard to understand, i was put on several long holds and finally he suggested that if they don't arrive by Monday, which is after mothers day, that I open a dispute with my credit card. HUH......

I am a long time, loyal tee wearer. I was gifted a shirt that was the crusher-lite for my birthday end of July. The shirt has been washed in delicate and line dried as ALL SEVEN of my other 'Life Is Good' T's are. Some of these go back to my discovery of them during covid and still look and feel great. None of them are the crusher-lite. I has worn through and has about 12 holes in it. I contacted the company and received a coupon for a discount. I do not recommend the crusher-lite shirts.

Love their tees and sweats. I own an inordinate amount. But their customer service sucks. They ordered another sweatshirt recently and when it arrived it had two stains on it! One was an ink pen stain and the other unidentifiable. Their solution was to require me to print and complete forms, package and mail back the damaged item. They promised to send a clean unstained replacement - it has been 2 days and I still don’t have shipping verification. They should have just replaced the damaged goods without requiring a return. They should have expedited the replacement vs making me wait weeks. So I guess I will be looking for a different business for my tees and sweats.

Update: customer service provided gift certificate to replace the 4 month old shirt. I will replace and consider ordering in the future. Love the shirt! Softness, color and design! Hate the fact that a $30 tee bought as a gift couldn’t hold up to 4 washings!! Pending how customer service responds, I will not be purchasing again and cannot recommend making a purchase with them.

I have been buying these tee shirts because they havealways been soft, roomy, and cool for hot temps in the summer. Nowadays, their fabric makes you sweat especially if it is the crusher tee shirt. Sizes are no longer as roomy so when you wash them, they shrink. Crusher tees now run 1 size smaller so good luck with that. It's a shame that the quality has changed since this was my go to in treating myself to a casual shirt.
