I ordered 4 sets of outdoor Christmas lights, I received 4 indoor fairy lights, with usb plugs. They charged me $200. I got through to customer support they claim I received what I ordered. This company is a scam. I have ordered from many sites, never have I received such poor service.

I bought a large wire/metal over the sink dish drying rack. What I received was three pieces of plastic that look NOTHING like what I paid for. I sent an email, but received no response. I am trying to get a refund through PayPal, now - but they are making me jump through hoops and won’t give a refund until THEY say they have received the return. So now I have to wait - and trust that the company will be honest and admit when they receive the item…
