Quality was a little on the cheaper side . Ad never said stuffed animal wasn't actually stuffed . And you had to buy stuffing yourself after. Shipping was quick from China.

We apologize for the confusion with your order. We understand that the title does say a "Teddy Bear" However in the description, we do have it in bold that it is a stuffing. If you would like more information on the recommended size stuffing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. - Rose

Customer service is Fabulous. Kind, and helpful. I love the neck massager I got. It heats up, and different types of neck message levels . So helpful . Comes with a remote.
