Buyer beware
I followed this program as instructed, and unfortunately, it led to serious kidney issues due to the extreme fasting (20–22 hours a day) and an all-meat diet. Buyer beware—carnivore is not for everyone, and these extreme recommendations can have real health consequences. The program cost $2,999, and when I voiced concerns about my failing kidneys, the response was essentially, "Well, it's a lifetime membership, and we're happy to help you." But why would I want a lifetime membership to something that’s damaging my organs? That logic makes no sense. I was denied any refund even though I voiced concerns at the 18-day mark. If you're considering this, I strongly suggest thinking twice. This is not worth your time, money, or—most importantly—your health.
