I love working with Libsyn and AdvertiseCast! I've hosted my show with Libsyn since launch four years ago, and everything has worked smoothly. If I have a question, their support responds quickly. I'm also excited they now own AdvertiseCast, who has consistently sold out my podcast with great sponsors and helped ensure podcasting continues to be my full-time job. Both especially care for independent podcasters, and it's so refreshing.

Libsyn is all about helping me succeed as a customer. They are all about giving me control over my content and my brand. It was super easy to set up my show using my own .com for the RSS feed. In the past, I experimented with Anchor and they tied my show's feed to their anchor.fm feed and used their own email address when registering me with Apple Podcasts, setting themselves up as a gatekeeper and making it basically impossible to switch from them. Several other hosting companies that I looked into turned out to be owned by large corporate parents who were clearly trying to use my show as a way to funnel audiences toward themselves. Thanks, but no thanks! I'll go with Libsyn because they are made by podcasters for podcasters.

Anytime I have a question, the customer support resolves the issue within 24 hours. Also, their service has never gone wonky or left me hanging. I'm surprised at how rock-solid they are. Many of my clients use Libsyn and can say the same thing.
