Its fantastic podcast The Feed shares up-to-date information about upcoming features to Libsyn and relevant news across podcasting. If you need help with your podcast, Libsyn has a wonderful and fast customer support team who can answer your questions, plus video tutorials about how to use different features. If you want to turn your podcast into a business, Libsyn has the tools and knowhow to help you make it happen. Whatever goals you have for your podcast and podcasting journey, Libsyn will help you. Over the last 7 years, Libsyn has helped me promote my podcast, grow my audience, improve my content, make my podcast widely available, troubleshoot issues and questions, and has helped me become knowledgable about all things podcasting. Love the platform, user interface, overall ease and experience has been wonderful. I am an indie podcaster and have used several companies and by far, I think Libsyn is the best.

As far as hosts go, Libsyn and their staff are top notch. I have been a user for 6 years and do not plan on changing. First, they make it easy to submit to new directories, choose which directories to send certain episodes and to change any element of the feed. Their latest version makes this simpler for folks who are less tech savvy, and I appreciate that they still give access for those who want more controls in the older version. Second, their stats are in depth and have continued to stay IAB compliant. This helps me know that I'm getting the most accurate representation of my current numbers. At times where I'm less active, I still have access to basic stats, at a lower cost. Third, their staff is exceptional. I have had help with issues for myself and with my clients, with ease. They make it easy for podcast support teams to have access to feeds for communication. Outside of this, I have had support in all areas of podcasting from every member of the staff at one point or another. They are patient, kind and highly knowledgeable. If you haven't listened to The Feed, their podcast, get on this, because you'll know what I'm talking about. Finally, I appreciate that they have been a solid and reliable podcast source since before podcasts were big. I can trust they are here for podcasters, and it's evident with every one of their latest features and expansions. They are here for podcasters, with no need for gimics. Just great hosting, advice and service. Libsyn is a top notch host for podcasting, period.

Libsyn makes uploading an episode seamless and has so many tools to help grow a podcast. It's a fantastic platform.

Here's what I like about Libsyn. First off, they have the most experience of any podcast host. But more than that, they have choices... options on the package you pay. I appreciate that. Plus, their customer service is excellent... they respond immediately.
