I was having trouble with the latest version, Libsyn 5. And currently there's not a lot of info available to troubleshoot. So.... I reached out to customer service. I had issues with payment after the RBI guideline changes in India. Both Credi Cards and Paypal options failed. I contacted the customer care and I got a very smooth resolution of the issue. They processed a 6 month aggregate payment. I hope I get the same quality of of customer care in future too.
