I had a couple of people from Libsyn help me with our podcast's publishing issue. They spent time searching for the issues and went through the process of fixing 3 different problems. Each time, they quickly identified issues and sent several email updates. They were very patient going through this whole process and very nice. I really appreciate all the time they put into helping our small show!

Libsyn team members are always quick to respond to my queries (often the answer is in front of me but I don't realize it - but they never judge me :)!

I got help moving my podcast back to Libsyn from Kajabi. I expected a tutorial with a step-by-step process to follow, but what I got was a done-for-me service which did all the work, freeing me to continue to run my business. I am so appreciative of this service. I moved my podcast off Libsyn a few months ago because I thought that I didn't need all the features of Libsyn, but I'm back because the customer service is better and I like the professional feel of running my podcast here. Thanks!

Thanks for your quick response and helpfulness! I get wary when companies don't have a customer service phone number but Libsyn has always responded promptly to my emails.

There was some libsyn system error in my Feb24th plan upgrade (from 400MB to 800MB). The "after Upgrade" available amount was incorrect and lower (~266 available vs the correct ~402). And I needed the correct amount for the daily publishing from 24th and 28th especially on Sun Feb27th. Thankfully Ben resolved the matter on Sat Feb26th so I did not experience any further issues and was able to publish on Sun AOK. Am very grateful for Ben's timely resolution (on a Sat) - THANK YOU Ben!
