I had a pretty big problem that I caused many months ago and within a few hours of reaching out to the help desk I had an email back from Ashley saying that everything was resolved and she laid out the simple steps on my end to take it to the finish line. I never had an issue with Libsyn in my five years using their service. I always recommended it as the gold standard as a hosting platform. But sometimes when you run into issues with services and require help it can quickly turn into a nightmare. Not with Libsyn! Excellent personable service and my problem was resolved which saved me hundreds of dollars and many painstaking hours to fix. Ashley at Libsyn made everything all better within hours. Amazing!!

I had a problem with my podcast showing up on Spotify. I tried LibSyn support before attempting to navigate Spotify for help, and was shocked at what happened. Not only did I get a quick response, it wasn’t “oh, that’s a Spotify problem. You need to contact them” Instead it was, “we spotted this issue in your keywords in an old episode and fixed it for you, which fixed the issue in your RSS feed. We checked, and it looks like everything is working on Spotify for you now” Talk about going over and above, not passing the buck, and just being good, helpful people. I’m still really surprised and thankful. Shout out to Ben on the LibSyn support team on this one!

Long story short, the credit card on file for our show wasn't updated and no one on the marketing team had checked in for years. Libsyn held backups of the show and gave us the account back years later once it was paid. LIBSYN SAVED OUR SHOW!!! Thank you so much. We are lifelong customers now.

Libsyn has been my host since mid-2000s, and zero complaints from me. It's an excellent tool, customer service is quick and excellent, and I don't recommend any other host for new podcasters.

I recently ran into an issue where I did not see older episodes posting on multiple pod-catchers. I had no idea there was a setting to cap the number of shows to share. Ian responded quickly and gave me the solution, including the steps on where to find the podcast setting. It worked perfectly! THANK YOU!!
