I have been with Libsyn for four months now. The only issue I've had with the platform is that when uploading episode descriptions through Libsyn (I write the descriptions in the notes app on my Mac), they appear backwards and out of order on the actual Libsyn podcast website despite appearing normal on Spotify, Apple, etc (The descriptions literally display as backwards). Despite this issue, the customer service makes up for it all. When reaching out via email, they are extremely responsive, quick, knowledgeable, and Aaron (One of the Libsyn reps) will go above and beyond to fix your issue. Keep it up!!

I've had Libsyn as my podcast host since 2008. Their service has always been good, but today it went next level. After expressing confusion about the stats display, I received a personal video explanation. Amazing. After years of endless support nightmare stories, Libsyn just took things to the next level.

Our experience with Libsyn has been a very positive one as the enrollment and launch was user friendly and easy to understand. We are excited to grow with Libsyn as our Podcast Host.

Super helpful and easily solved the issue I had. There wasn't any confusing back and forth or further questions, the Libsyn support team just quickly resolved my issue and gave me some extra solutions to prevent it in the future. Thankful it was so simple!

I have consistently been impressed by the support crew at Libsyn. Every time I've had an issue or a question, I've gotten a timely response and usually a whole lot more context than I even asked for. Super friendly people with tons of knowledge to boot.
