Libsyn Podcast HostingReviews of libsyn.com

The system is easy to use and great to navigate!

always easy and helpful team!

A good site for hosting podcast. Good infraestructure, but it lacks some useful features, like hosting different podcast in one account and more easy tools to publicate the post on platforms like Apple, Google or Spotify

Aaron was very helpful in diagnosing and helping me correct the issue with podcasts not playing. I only wish the issue could have been resolved quicker.

The show that I was listening to is now on You Tube and so that is where I watch it.

I've used Libsyn for many years and enjoyed their reliability and constant technical updates. One thing I haven't enjoyed is their billing system, which insists on sending teeny-tiny bills every month that constantly mess up my accounting system. Please allow for annual billing!

Adam was great. However in general when I am seeking support it would be great to have a phone call or video chat option. It's hard to find time to keep the conversation going during the work day and a phone call would significantly cut down on the back and forth.

The platform is super easy to use and the support team are quick at responding to and resolving items. Highly recommend!
