DUDE!!! YES, ALL CAPS!!!! The absolute best customer service ever!!!!! I'd been having issues with an audio file upload and the customer service response blew me away! Not only addressing my primary concern, but providing a video review of my settings and website and suggesting several changes to greatly enhance my podcast's performance.
