Fast response time and clear answer/solution.

So user friendly! Sometimes I lose my way between menus - studio vs connect vs where do I go to change the episode title again? The knowledge centre is great but I had trouble working out how to actually edit my tracks. I ended up using a separate program to edit (Audacity) then importing back in. The pauses between chapters are a little too long and the ‘smoothing’ to improve sound quality left a little scrstchiness, but hey my very first podcast is done, also streaming to my website, all within a couple of days and I’m a complete (and I mean complete) novice. Couldn’t have done it without Libsyn- thank you!!!

Lisbyn makes publishing my podcast to multiple platforms seamless!

Easy to use. I’ve used other platforms and the only issue I have with Libyan is response time on issues. When I create a ticket it takes forever to get any help. That needs serious improvement. Overall the service is good but people who have technical issues and don’t understand things need a faster response time. Especially when we don’t have a whole team to help deal with things. Just 2 older lesbians making a go of it.

I really like how it keeps track of my show notes and gives me great analytics.
