It's always been relatively easy to figure things out. Your interface has been good, and then it got much better last year. My satisfaction leapt ahead when I used Connect for a podcast interview this weekend. It was so easy. It worked perfectly. I've had serious problems using Riverside, and Connect was dead easy.
