contact info great set up to upload podcast, not so great platform could use some readjustments but otherwise very cheap and nice

It’s a very well organized service however, the pricing of the plans are pretty high. They have gone up drastically since the overhaul and it may look prettier but it’s not that different. Because of the prices of the plans, our show’s expansion of how much content we can put out is hampered by a budget now…

I’ve liked most things about the platform, and it sound direction for posting on multiple streaming sites helpful. But the automatically generated webpage for the podcast was super ugly, I would never send anyone there. That’s not the biggest deal for me because I have my own webpage, but that’s why I didn’t give it five stars.

I am happy to share my positive experience with Libsyn. Although this was a trivial issue, I know that Libsyn never treats a problem as trivial. They always respond promptly, and will not leave it until they are satisfied that it has been resolved.

I appreciated the ease of publishing and artwork creation. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the podcast on Spotify, etc.

While extremely helpful, it took nearly a week to hear back from libsyn support. Libsyn 5 is not as user friendly as libsyn 4, especially when it comes to seeing when a podcast has posted on different destinations. I feel it is easier to find that information out as well as update broken destinations on libsyn 4. Other than the destinations issues, the statistics available are impressive and helpful and uploading a podcast is more streamlined in libsyn 5

I am still new to Libsyn and learning everything. So far things have been pretty good. I believe things will get better as time goes on. I have used a few other podcast hosts in the past and each one has their differences and I am not trying to compare as each host has their strengths and weaknesses. So far Libsyn is doing good and as I continue to learn more about it, I hope to be able to see the full value that is offered.

It seems to be user friendly.
