The suggestions provided were great (even though I had already tried them but they didn't know that) I also appreciated that a step to test the issue on their own was initiated by the customer service agent without me having to ask. I just wish the response was faster.

Everyone has been extremely helpful! Very easy to use, hoping some additional features are added like adding more inages soon .

The experience has been stress free and user friendly, the instructions easy to understand and the pricing is reasonable. However, I think it has an outdated feel to it compared to other sites, I'm not impressed with its website for the podcasts and trying to use its Glow feature is rather challenging!

I had already tried to fix my issue but was unsuccessful. I tried a third time following one step suggested to me by Ben and I was able to log in. It took longer than expected to get a reply but it all worked out in the end.

Content upload limit can be annoying but everything else is easy to use

If you would have a way to put also video in the podcast like other providers do I would give 5 stars

Pretty easy. I’d like to see it publish more readily to things like google podcast or link to your Patreon though
