I am impressed with the quality of the books I received the books arrived before due they were all nice and new books. One question a couple of books I received were written so well that I was curious as to who the Author really was by questioning the crendentials of the writer because much of the information was so helpful. I did not realize it is legit to write a book not describing the writer as a back-up for extra support. Nevertheless, I'm enjoying my new reading and look forward to practicing some of the techniques in their books.

Received the books promptly and in good shape. Only problem was the foreign transaction fee attached to the final total on my credit card transaction.

Received incorrect tracking number and delivery information but after 2 emails were sent, the mistake was found. Corrected information was sent and order arrived as expected. Thank you for quick response and positive resolution GIGI, on behalf of grandson Gabe

We like the shoe caddy. The doors needed some beefing up as the wood was too thin to bear any weight. Other than that it works well.

I received the fist book in new condition and on time. I'm still awaiting the second which was ordered at the same time.

The process including shipping was excellent. The book is absolute garbage and not for someone who has a background in self-defense.
