i Paid for my delivery item but they never sent it. these companies nowqdays will keep your money and not give you what you paid for !

Total scam. Was told twice that the booked shipped. It never did. Never received it. Customer service won’t return emails or phone calls. Had to file credit card fraud with my bank.

Order placed November 6th, it's been a month and my book still not received. No updates, nor replies to my emails. No answer to phone call. Paid $32 for shipping. DHL Courier Exp (Typically arrives in 5-10 days)

I placed an order on Aug 2, 2023 and received an order confirmation email. Then dead silence. Order tracker says ""awaiting fullfillment" last update Aug 2nd. Not helpful. I have requested an order status update by email and left messages at 321-421-0206. The phone number provided has a very generic message "this person is not available". Left a voice message with Absolutely NO response.

I wanted to return a book and I find myself with the surprise that I must assume the payment of the mail, that is, 16 dls (the look of the value of the book) I sent a message asking if you could help me with that and you never answered me.

I never received the book I ordered and paid for!

I expected to receive a book of Japanese knitting patterns. Instead, received a book of graph paper. Sent a note to LibroWorld asking to return the book for a refund, received no answer. Poor customer service.

You overcharged me and no one will answer my emails as to how I can be reimbursed
