The quality of the shoe was…
The quality of the shoe was disappointing and the only way to get customer service is to leave an email. Not customer friendly at all I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends or relatives. You already know what you need to be better but it would cut into your profit margin so you haven't.

I was shipped the wrong size shoe
I was shipped the wrong size shoe. I returned the shoes and have NEVER received the correct size, a credit or sent my shoes back. I am not happy and will NOT be purchasing or recommending your company.

The shoes arrived with a blue stain on…
The shoes arrived with a blue stain on them and the inside sole was lifted. I now have to go through the trouble of returning them. My fiancé was going to wear them for a special occasion and was unable to.
