If I could give them no stars I would!! They are horrible. Wax a customer for a year off and on, they constantly asked for more info. They just freeze your account then say you are good. Then freeze again then allowing you!! What is going on with this compsny?? Don’t waste your time. Because they will waste your time and then some

Downloaded the app, tried to add money to it and couldn't. Reached out and they responded, AFTER REVIEWING MY ACCOUNT, THEY WERE UNABLE TO SUPPORT MY BUSINESS. I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR APP OR MY ACCOUNT.

This service sells bitcoin through its own app and retail partnerships. One of these partnerships (they claim) is CVS Drugstores. However, its bogus as the service does not work. 3 times at multiple stores i have tried to load money to my Libertyx account, and each time it has failed. Each time i contact customer service they say there is no reason for it to fail and it should work. Obviously, it does not work and this service is bogus. It has been a colossal waste of my time, and i don't appreciate this.
