I purchased flatware, Heritage / Pearl. I was expecting something substantial and heavyweight, especially given the price. I was disappointed in how light it felt. Tbh it felt like junk to me. I hate to review the entire company based on this one product, but this is all I have to go on. I definitely would recommend against this particular product. I was busy and before you know it the return period expired.

Needed new flatware. REALLY wanted it by Thanksgiving. Not only did I find a set I loved (65 piece Celtic- I'm 50% Irish), but the price was reasonable. Now, could I get them in time. LOL.....I had them within 3 days of ordering.....Now THAT is great service. And they've already emailed to make sure I'm happy. YES I AM
