Ordered bottle 8/2/2025, after a couple of weeks and no delivery and no update to the status of my order, I emailed their customer service- no response. I waited another week to email again- no response. So I called their customer service line- Straight to voicemail, but their voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. It is now 8/29/2025, the order status still says "preparing shipment", and the company is completely unreachable.

Husband bought their deceptive marketing saying 'Made in USA'- when we received the bottles- it clearly said made from imported materials and if you read their FAQ they admit they use manufacturing for steel bottles in China. I wrote to them to request how to return the bottles- no response. I phoned the number on their site- mailbox is full. Odds are this is a scam front to push China products. Very deceptive.
