I would give zero stars. When suffering from a Covid infection, testing is essential for the health and safety of everyone. These Covid test kits were expensive and I depended on them to work. Unfortunately they arrived both damaged and defective. When I wrote a clear description of what failed, LGC asked for photos and even more details. I elaborated and explained that I had already tossed them into the garbage, appropriately. Here is their response: Thank you for your reply and this explanation. Unfortunately if you have thrown away the defective testing kits how are we supposed to confirm \ check if the tests where not functional? All LetsGetChecked COVID-19 testing kits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for this test even if the home sample collection kit is unopened. This applies to all COVID-19 testing kits. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
