The order was incomplete. Two of the items ordered were not delivered even though it indicated that the order was fulfilled. This is not a good first impression.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered and never got my order. I called them up, emailed several times and no reply. This is the worst customer service I’ve gotten.

This is the first time I've ever written a review for a company, but I feel compelled to warn others. Do not purchase from this company. Their customer service appears to be handled by automated AI responses, and getting help from a real person has been nearly impossible. I've been trying to obtain a refund for over 40 days and have sent five separate emails—yes, five—with no resolution. The fabric quality is poor and did not meet expectations. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability and customer support. Based on my experience, this company operates unethically and does not stand behind its products or customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I purchased the piper shorts a couple weeks ago. I received a different style of shorts in the mail instead. I reached out to Lezat the same day I received them I waited almost a week they never responded to my email. I checked the listing again and noticed they changed all the pictures of shorts to the ones I received in the mail instead of the ones I thought I was purchasing when I checked out. They saw my email ignored it and went into their system and changed all the photos. Luckily I have screen shots of what I purchased, showing that they advertised a different item than what I was sent. I responded to an automated feedback email that they had sent and then they finally messaged back from that email (still ignoring my original). They asked for photo of the shorts I received - I sent them photos including my screenshots of what I had purchased and showing they are two different styles. Still no response back and it’s been 4 days. I know they know the issue because of them changing the pictures shortly after I had sent the original email so I don’t understand why there is very poor communication. I didn’t want to write this review but it’s been almost two weeks now with no real response to the situation. The other clothes I purchased I am happy with but the customer service is terrible.

I buy a lot of organic cotton clothing and activewear and never had the problem I encountered w Lezat. Their black athletic jumpsuit faded in just a few months, went from black to a rusty orange reddish faded color. I only hand washed and air dried as that’s how I launder all my clothes. Very disappointing

Bought a bra, didn't fit and don't want another... so I am only getting a reduced rate ON the return if I don't want store credit -AND- I have to pay for shipping? That's absurd. I wanted to love this brand for being cotton/natural fibers but this return policy is insane. Who wants to buy clothing you don't know if it's going to fit and have the company hold your money hostage when it doesn't work? Do not recommend. I normally don't write reviews but this is unacceptable.

I ordered several items from this company because I was excited about the idea of switching to non-toxic clothing, but the products I received were not as described and customer service was extremely disappointing. The camisoles arrived defective. One strap was more than six inches longer than the other and significantly thinner, leaving the top misshapen and unwearable right out of the package. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they claimed the damage must have been caused by wear, even though the item arrived that way. I also purchased a three-piece lounge set (shorts, crop top, and cover). The “crop” top is only about 3.5 inches long and doesn’t even cover part of the chest. It provides less coverage than a bra and looks nothing like the product photos. Customer service refused to address either issue. Based on the inaccurate product descriptions and the lack of support when problems arise, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

SCAM Typically a small/ XS in activewear but ordered XL for something super baggy and the XL wouldn't even fit!! It's child sized, and at least one item was obviously polyester. Nothing is even semi-decent quality. Website makes all kinds of claims but doesn't show the supply chain or back any of it up. Just don't do it.
