The negotiation support service is 100x worth it. I've been taken advantage of before with respect to comp, even after negotiating to the best of my ability. Having someone in my corner who is well-versed in this aspect of the hiring process and is able to provide advice and guidance was invaluable. I feel like I got the most out of the offers that I received, and for the first time EVER, I feel like I was able to maximize my value. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this service to others; I've already recommended it to my friends.

Joe was wonderful to work with. I only wish I had used this service earlier in my career. I know now that during previous negotiations I left a huge amount of money on the table. And during the meeting the reviewer was very experienced (10+ yrs recruiter) and share alot of insights that even full time engineers would not know. After the meeting, the reviewer even offered to connect on linkedin and was open to any questions I had. Definitely worth the money.
